Unattended Child Policy: The Plum Borough Community Library is concerned with the safety and well being of children in the library, particularly those who are at risk because of their vulnerability. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the conduct, safety and well-being of their minor children (under 11 years of age) in the Library or on Library Grounds. Ongoing Programs

Open Play Day

Children of all ages, along with a parent or caregiver, come to the Plum library the first and third Friday of every month, stay and play and make new friends! No registration required. Drop by anytime between 10:00am-12:00pm.
