Wednesday, April 7 @ 11 am OR 1 pm: Live Zoom Story time with Miss Tammy: Join Miss Tammy for a few “funny bunny” stories, as well as songs, rhymes, and crafts. Stop by the Plum Community Library sometime after noon on April 7 or later the same week to pick up a STEAM activity to go along with the story.
Come prepared to story time with something similar to a shaker egg (something filled with beans or rice) so you can join us for a fun music time. Register on our website to receive the Zoom link.
Wednesday, April 14 @ 6 pm: The Autism Society of Pittsburgh will be presenting Traits of Autism & Effective Methods of Communication: Parents: You are invited to join us for a presentation with the Autism Society of Pittsburgh. This event is open for everyone. You do not have to have a child on the autism spectrum to appreciate the insight you will receive at this event.
This program reviews the common characteristics of this developmental disability as well as successful techniques to improve interactions with person on the spectrum. Following this presentation you will have a greater appreciation for this disability as well some of the potentials that persons on the spectrum possess.

Wednesday, April 21 @ 11 am: Earth Day Story: Tune in to our Plum Borough Community Library YouTube channel on Wednesday, April 21 at 11:00 AM for an Earth Day story. Following story time, stop by Plum Library to pick up an Earth Day art project. Watch on YouTube.
